Dear Sir,

Attention Damen Shipyard Group: Please consider investing in Spinning Stabilized Ship Company for a 50% ownership stake in the company and 100% ownership of the first Spinning Stabilized Ship; and transform maritime navigation for the future and profit billions of dollars as partners in a proprietary exclusive shipyard business.

This HORIZONTAL ACQUISITION & INTEGRATION OFFER is an excellent opportunity to increase Damen’s operations and profits globally as a partnership with a 50% joint ownership for Damen. Damen would have a 75% profit share and the other joint owner’s profit share would be a 25% share.

The initial investment amount to build the first Spinning Stabilized Ship would be 150 million dollars. This first build would become the  property of Damen and initially would be used by the partnership as a demonstration model to sell future builds  and Damen would keep 100% ownership of this first build and profit 37.5 million dollars for each future build.

Just after four more builds are sold, Damen will have a total of 150 million dollars of profit which is equivalent to a full 100% return of Damen’s initial investment, have 100% ownership of the first build and have 50% ownership of a new satellite shipyard to add to Damen’s global business.

The selling price of future builds would be 200 million dollars. The profit from each sale would be a total of 50 million dollars for the partners. The joint profit would be divided with Damen having 75% of profit and the partner having 25% of profit. This equitable profit sharing would net Damen 37.5 million dollars and partner 12.5 million per each build sold.

For example, when this new shipyard would produce and sell a minimum of  200 builds in twenty years, the gross sales would be 40 billion dollars and our minimum net profit would be 10 billion dollars which is 7.5 billion dollars profit for Damen in the next twenty years and the partner would profit 2.5 billion dollars.

The initial version to start production at the new shipyard should be a customized explorer super yacht. The global shipbuilding market is valued at approximately $217.92 billion in 2026. The 2030 forecast is $275.09 billion. Spinning Stabilized Ship will enter the world market and excel in it.

There is a very realistic possibility to produce much higher levels of production and profit over the next twenty years. The actual future long term  market would only be limited to production capability; but our company will always increase production to meet all levels of market demand.

Customized versions of Spinning Stabilized Ship, could be a customized explorer super yacht, a research vessel, naval vessel, cruise ship, coastguard vessel, commercial fishing vessel, other types of commercial vessels, etc.

It will take approximately 24 months from the first build start to the launching of the first Spinning Stabilized Ship. Once the first one is built and launched production time will dramatically be reduced, due the fact there is sufficient shipyard property to have multiple build projects simultaneously being constructed.

Modular building techniques will be employed at the shipyard so that multiple builds can be assembled very quickly after the very first build. All construction will be done on floating drydock(s). There is enough waterfrontage to accommodate multiple drydocks eventually.

Damen would initially purchase a large waterfront property, floating drydock, acquire materials, hire new skilled labor or utilize skilled labor of the existing employees of Damen, and construct the first Spinning Stabilized Ship. The waterfront property, floating drydock and the entire new shipyard would remain in 50%/50% joint ownership and a 75%/25% profit share for perpetuity and this joint ownership could be passed on to their heirs for perpetuity as well.

Every build will be constructed with a 100' diameter. This will allow a very efficient level of modular construction through the same repetitive overall dimensions being continuously incorporated for each build. Although the interior layout of each  can be customized for each customer.

The 100 foot diameter design has a hull speed of 12.83 knots (14.77 mph). According to Froude's law, the hull speed would be approximately 12.83 knots (14.77 mph). This is found by calculating the waterline length of the sphere and applying the standard displacement hull speed formula.

If Damen is interested in becoming a 50% ownership partner with a 75% profit share in Spinning Stabilized Ship Company please call me on my personal cell phone number in the USA  541 290 4158. I live at 422 S. Wall St. Coos Bay, Oregon, 97420 and there is a 40 acre site to purchase only six blocks away from my home. The 40 acres has more than one mile of deep water frontage, with large ship berthing on multiple large mooring dolphins already at the property on the bay and is already commercially zoned and ready to begin building. When Damen invests, the shipyard setup and production will begin immediately.

Damen can purchase the 40 acres, with more than a mile of deep waterfrontage including the large ship berthing on multiple large mooring dolphins, for 15 million dollars from a private party whom I have an exclusive commitment to only sell to me. Once the purchase of the property is final in my name then I will deed one half of the property to Damen. The property is not on the market but he has agreed to sell to me because I am a local resident for 72 years with a background of making a living at sea and I gave him a promise to preserve the property as a marine industrial site and not develop it for any other different real estate development.

Sincerely,

Raymond Uwe Arndt Sr.
